I do NOT like that I ordered it on Nov 11th, and it's been sitting in NY since Nov 16th... I live in FL, soooo...? Tried to contact support, but the email address provided is invalid and kicked me back. These rings were supposed to be Christmas gifts, should it really take this long?!
